Tekgrips should hang on the outside of each hip.  Make sure the stretch Tekbands hang free and are not twisted for cardio and flexibility.

For strength training, simply shorten Tekbands for more resistence.  Grab the double holed band stopper and squeeze.  At the same time, pull stopper down to loosen the loop.  Then pull the short end of the band to tighten.

After strength training, reverse the process to lengthen Tekbands and release tension.
